We are achieving the CR 2030 goals through public policies. It is public policies that determine what the state should do or not do in each goal. In order for public policies to lead to the goals, the Czech Republic will improve the quality of their creation and the level of their main creator, the public administration. The public administration will be transparent in its decision-making and will rely not only on values, but more on knowledge and data. The public will be involved in this process. The long-term and collateral impacts of decisions will be systematically considered, and government processes will be held together, not contradictory, in pursuit of a common goal. Public administration will be able to improve systemically and respond to changing conditions and the needs of the population. All this will take place within a stable external framework of security and the rule of law.
